We know it’s a palaver but the tricky nature of coconut milk limits the number of cakes we can put out per day, so do drop a line to reserve a slice should the mood arise. The presence of coconut milk also means that this kueh is best consumed on the day of purchase. Do not refrigerate it for the cold is its nemesis. If you do, it will never quite be the same again.
